30% deposit initiates production, 70% balance before shipment. Letter of credit accepted for orders over $50,000. Repeat clients may qualify for extended terms after 3 successful orders.

Four-stage inspection: incoming material check, mid-production audit, pre-packing verification, and final container loading review. Third-party inspection services can be arranged at buyer's request.

Yes, we modify standard designs to fit your space requirements. Minor adjustments (±10cm) typically don't affect pricing. Significant changes may require tooling fees depending on order volume.

2-year warranty covers manufacturing defects including structural failures, hardware malfunction, and finish peeling. Normal wear, user damage, and improper assembly excluded. Replacement parts shipped at our cost.
